Description
“ABellyC’s” is a foundational class to learn the fundamentals of belly dance.
Monthly sessions begin with a brief history and/or interesting facts about belly dance.
The first class reviews the FUNDAMENTALS:
- Belly Dance Posture (Stance)
- Head, Shoulder, Torso & Hip Isolations (skeletal & muscular)
- Slides
- Lifts & drops
- Twists
SUPPLIES recommended:
- Hip scarf (with coins, fringe, etc.)
- Dance shoes (jazz, ballet, flexible)
- Veil
- Zills
- Water bottle (water dispenser is available)
