Description
Private lessons are a great way to get some personal feedback, or to invite friends for your special event.
SUPPLIES recommended, but not required:
- Hip scarf (with coins, fringe, etc.)
- Dance shoes (jazz, ballet, flexible)
- Water bottle (water dispenser is available)
CLASS SEQUENCE:
- Dynamic Stretching/Warm-up
- Fundamental Drills
- Learning of combinations
- Practice of combinations to music
- Cool down/Static Stretching
